M91P Rim Panic Exit Device

- Wide stile rim panic exit device suitable for high-use-and-abuse exit doors. This exit device is reversible to work on both left-or right-handed single doors and double doors with a mullion. It is equipped with a dogging device that allows the device to be constantly open.
- For doors 28" to 36" wide and 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick. Equipped with a 3/4" deadlocking latch bolt. Head chassis requires a 4-1/4" wide stile.
- Meets ANSI A156.3 Grade 1. Meets ANSI A117.1 ADA requirements, and is UL 305 listed ensuring suitability for emergency exit doors. The M91P rim exit device offers comparable performance and technical specifications to the Von Duprin 99 Series exit device and is compatible with Von Durpin 990 Series outside trims and 110 Night Latch.
- Package includes rim panic exit device, SC4 rim cylinder, finger pull trim, hex dogging key, installation hardware, and installation templates/instructions.

Product Description
Universal Hardware's M91P Rim Panic Exit Device provides top-shelf construction and performance for doors where a heavy-duty push bar panic exit device is needed. The M91P offers comparable performance and technical specifications as the popular Von Duprin 99 Series Exit Device at nearly 50% of the cost. The M91P can also be used with Von Duprin's 110 rim cylinder and 990 outside trim options in certain applications, making it a great solution for retrofits. The M91P exit device meets ANSI A156.3 Grade 1 standards and is UL 305 listed. The push bar mechanism offers smooth and quiet hydraulic push bar retraction compared to spring operated devices. The push bar requires less than 5 lbs. of force to engage the latch bolt, meeting ANSI A117.1 ADA requirements. This exit device is an excellent choice for single or double doors with a mullion. The M91P Exit Device is suitable for high-traffic doors in schools/universities, hospitality, airports, convention centers, and commercial offices.
